Dr. Richard Fagan

Dr. FaganHospital director at Companion Animal Hospital, Dr. Richard Fagan has been associated with Monroe Veterinary Associates since June, 1974. A Cornell University alumnus, Dr. Fagan attended Cornell as an undergraduate and received his BS Degree in Biological Sciences in 1970. As a veterinary student, he was a member of the veterinary honor society, Phi Zeta, and graduated in 1974 with academic honors.

Dr. Fagan is a member of several local veterinary organizations as well as community service groups. He is an active member of the Buffalo Academy of Veterinary Medicine and a past president of the Genesee Valley Veterinary Association. He participates in church affairs and is involved in the Cursillo Movement and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester.

The Fagan's have 4 daughters - Katherine, Alyssa, Margaret and Elizabeth.

During his leisure time, Dr. Fagan enjoys taking long walks with his 3 dogs, Gracie (terrier), Gertie (Boxer) and Patty Cake (boxer), gardening, landscaping and collecting flags and stamps.
